The US EPA apparently is allowing public comments to the proposed repeal of the Clean Power Plan.

If you click through a couple of times you come across "Comments. Comments must be received on or before December 15, 2017" so maybe it's too late to put in your two cents. Not that I'd expect the Trump/Pruitt administered agency to listen.
