Cars waste Fuel:  88% of their fuel is wasted, only 12% is used to move them.

Cars pollute the air we breath:  Climate Change.

Transportation: "No vehicle equals the Bicycle, for Economy, Simplicity, and Adaptability.”

One of the most widely used and effective vehicles is the bicycle.
. . . Swift,
. . . Silent and
. . . Inconspicuous,
. . . needing only a path and
. . . using no fuel,
. . . cheapest to buy and maintain,
. . . they are ideal transport.

A bike is 117% more efficient than walking (2 -4 mph), because cyclists travel (5 -12 mph),
. . . or beefed up, it can carry 400 to 600 lbs,
. . . but use only about 25% more calories to do so.”

The World Bank has show that bikes, make the “Worlds Best” multidimensional impact, on peoples lives,
. . . by improving access to:
. . . . . . Health care,
. . . . . . Safe water,
. . . . . . Education,
. . . . . . Energy,
. . . . . . Community activities,
. . . . . . Income-generating opportunities, and
. . . . . . Markets.
This simple difference in transportation efficiency,
. . . can allow someone in a poor economy,
. . . to make a better living with a bike . . . than without.
. . . It’s the Worlds best “Bootstrap,” to lift people out of poverty.

I too agree with the point that "No vehicle equals the Bicycle, for Economy, Simplicity, and Adaptability.”

I also agree with that point, No vehicle can substitute the qualities of a bicycle!
