I visited the site and the first thing I thought, was since it is a government effort, it may be the Obama administration's effort to have an educational arm to their alternative energy efforts. There is a whole lot that goes along with that as we see so many stories in the news, but on a basic, educational level, here is information on different government initiatives. What do you think and why did you post it?
