Thank you so much for those. My kids and I are HUGE documentary fans but we haven't been keeping up lately. I want to see all of them and have them saved in a list now. Jeremy Irons narrating a documentary about lions? Jane Goodall? Yes, please! The only one I'm afraid of is "Project Nim" - I know I'm going to sob like a baby through it.

I am not too much into documentaries, but I will surely check this out. I haven't watched many documentaries apart from what they showed us in school.

That's one of the best things about HBO, they show documentaries. Very few other stations do.

Actually speaking, I am not too much into movies itself. I only watch an occasional one. Can you mention some good documentaries to watch, on environmental issues, apart from the ones posted above?

"EARTH: The Operators' Manual"
It's a nearly hourlong presentation of some climate change and energy basics. Presented by PBS last April.
Definitely worth viewing by anyone who doesn't know much about those issues and is interested in learning.
Worth viewing too even if you already know something about those issues.
Viewable here: http://www.pbs.org/p...erators-manual/
My understanding is that two additional segments are to be released next April, same narrator and producer.
