As Tesla builds Solar + Battery systems for District Hospitals in Puerto Rico,
. . . what about installing Solar powered Battery-packed vehicles to help:
. . . . . . soften the blow of a medical emergency, and
. . . . . . provide extra help in remote areas without electricity,
. . . . . . that are in dire circumstances.

These vehicles will become more important,
. . . as the need for emergency relief only becomes more challenging, from:
. . . . . . Fires,
. . . . . . Floods,
. . . . . . Hurricanes, and
. . . . . . Earthquakes.
