[Shortpoet-GTD]

All to often; we shorten names for convenience. EPA

But when you say the words;
Environmental Protection Agency;
it packs a bigger impact.
We know what they do and what's at stake.

We've had numerous discussions on these boards about the EPA; how they should be
doing more but at least we had an agency that
TRIED
to protect our
waters-steams, rivers, lakes
and
air from coal polluters, setting up rules and regulations on car/truck emissions.

Republicans hate regulations but those regulations keep us safe from ourselves.
Corporations dumping toxic waste onto our lands and rivers.

A republican started it back in 1970 and has been protecting our eco systems
for 46 years and now they want to
shut it down?

I haven't felt despair life this before.
