It's surprising to read; but there is good news about China.
They have committed to spending $3.1 billion to help developing countries
slash their greenhouse emissions.

Of course, the devil's in the details and on our side, President Obama still faces
an uphill battle (no surprise there) getting congress to agree to the US's commitments.
