[Shortpoet-GTD]

In the Netherlands, a Dutch court agreed with environmental groups and that the government
should cut emissions by 25%. Previously they had hoped for 15%.
Because of their unique position (under sea level in many area's) they are moving forward
to protect their citizens against the effects of climate change and rising sea's.

From the article-
"No court in the world has ever directly ordered a government to cut carbon emissions, and this could have implications far beyond the Netherlands."
