Holy cow. A black market for used cooking oil. I guess there's nothing people won't steal, and it makes sense considering how the price has gone up. Perhaps, though, it wouldn't be stolen if the restaurants would just keep it inside until the legitimate buyers come for it. If you leave anything outside, it's just begging to be taken.

Man who in the heck would steal that.  You are right Maria people go way beyond normal to steal!  Geez!  I think there are actually companies here in AZ that do go to the local restraunts and buy it.  Then they bring in a big truck and take it.
