Brazil’s, 7 month dry period, created a Water Problem:
. . . . . . devastating drought, and
. . . . . . hydroelectric (Normally produces 80% of its energy).
Thousands of solar panels attached to buoys,
. . . would be floated on the surface of the dwindling reservoirs,
. . . (reducing the need to acquire land or build new transmission lines)
. . . to provide an alternative source of power.
. . . (slow evaporation & cool panels)
