It used to be, that. . . "Labor was cheaper than Technology"
But today,
. . . "Technology is cheaper than Labor."
To be competitive in the World Market,
. . . the USA needs to make things "Better, Cheaper, Faster"
. . . which requires "Less Labor, and more Technology."
