Do Frugal Cargo Bikes, Fuel Economic Upturns?

A lot of the perceptions of Rio and Brazil don’t really apply anymore.

In the Copacabana neighborhood, there are 11,541 deliveries made by bicycle,
. . . or cargo trike every day.  That's 23.082 journeys – back and forth.

Do cargo-bikes save the economy . . . or the just the planet?
