Puerto Rico's "Renewable Energy Plan,"
. . . Calls For Solar, Storage, & “Midi” Grids,
but, non-renewable energy is currently generated in the South, and
. . . the Demand is in the North,
Plus, they are $9 Billion in debt.

Could Tesla's Solar, and Maxwells storage batteries,
. . . generate power in Midi grids in the North,
. . . cheap enough to pay down Puerto Rico's debt?

Puerto Rico has a unique opportunity,
. . . to transition away from oil and coal, and
. . . accelerate towards a clean energy future, for the benefit of:
. . . . . . ratepayers,
. . . . . . public health, and
. . . . . . the environment.
