. . . is located off the coast of teeny-weeny Rhode Island,
. . . the tiniest state in the nation.

Why Rhode Island?
. . . Deepwater Wind, the company that developed the project, has cited
. . . “fewest conflicts” as a key consideration.

DOE awarded
. . . $18.5 million to NYSERDA,
. . . (New York State Energy Research and Development Authority)

New York?  Okay so it’s a huge state,
. . . but, they don’t have much of a coastline,
. . . until you get to Long Island,
. . . which is all the way down at the bottom.

Answer, earlier this year,
. . . New York State leaked word of a master plan to develop a
. . . $6 billion wind industry.
