I know a lot of people are embracing "tiny homes" It's a vast improvement over "McMansions" =waste

I'm glad to see it.
People are realizing they don't need 4,000 sg. ft to have a home.
Simplify.
(Gotta have room for my indoor plants that won't survive Texas harsh winters though)

Thanks for post.

We retired . . . to a small ranch (No more climbing stairs)
Think about it: just take:
. . . Mortage
. . . Property Tax
. . . Furniture
. . . Transportation (1996 car)
Energy costs:
1) Heating/Cooling (Celing Fans)
2) Hot Water
3) Washer/Dryer
4) Lighting (LED)
5) Refrigerator
6) Electronics (TV, Radio, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, etc.)
7) Dish Washer
Not a Tiny Home, but an affordable small home
