The corn industry has such a stranglehold on the beef industry; corn, corn, corn.  
If cattle ranchers (or even big industrial farms) were to feed their cattle a more natural diet
of plants, wheat, weeds-etc and supplement with garlic; emissions could be cut drastically.
Cattle were not meant to consume nothing but corn.
Corn=climate change

(And corn leads to diabetics but that's a whole other topic)
