Arctic seedbank trouble, permafrost melting

Norway has been operating a sort of doomsday hedge, a seedbank, in the Arctic, on the island of Svalbard.  See https://www.regjerin...vault/id462220/

Lately there's been trouble, melting permafrost, water getting into places where it's not wanted.  No seeds lost yet.
