. . . may not receive their car until late 2018.

It is – by a long shot – the fastest growing customer order book in the history of the automobile industry.

. . . . . . more than the monthly sales of General Motors,
. . . . . . suggests the tide is turning away from the internal combustion engine. Other analysts agreed.
. . . Dougherty & Co's, analyst Andrea James, said
. . . . . . “Tesla has changed the game again.”  
. . . Alliance Bernstein’s, Mark Jones also called it a “game changer”, and so too did
. . . Evercore ISI analyst George Galliers.

One of the most striking features is the 15" horizontal touchscreen,
. . . located just above the centre console.
. . . It's expected to control everything,
. . . from the Model 3's driverless systems,
. . . to the in-car entertainment system.

With the back seats folded down,
. . . the car's cargo capacity,
. . . will stretch from the back of the front seats,
. . . to the end of the trunk.
