Can't compete with natural gas fired powerplants?  Just the kind of problem that a CO2 emissions tax or fee or quota would address.

"Climate Deniers" don't believe in taxing CO2 emissions,
. . . they do however believe in "JOBS," and
. . . renewable energy is creating more jobs,
. . . than any other fuel right now.
