. . . to demolish much of the Vernon plant, and
. . . return the site to the promised "green field."

How much does it cost,
. . . to demolish much of a Renewable Energy site, and
. . . return the site to the promised "green field?"

It is worth noting that the $580 million is what's already in the decomissioning fund.
