Agreement on many important points, apparently, but it's up to individual nations to actually meet CO2 emissions goals. No actual international enforcement mechanism, looks like. Wait and see how things actually work out.

COP21 was a bust. Sure, they signed, but made darn sure they would change the entire nature of the agreement before they do. Google "grasp climate change in 3 mins" and open the first article to get the right idea about how depressingly useless the climate change talks in Paris were.
