Now is as good a time as any to start posting articles on the *&^%$#%^ that are running
for president.
So many are against (actually, probably all of them) women, workers rights, women,
raising the minimum wage, women, eliminating the Health Care act, water & air protections and
a myriad of other projects that us environmentalists care about. Oh and women.

perry is one of em' All he cares about is $$.
Not the pollution of the air, soil and water.

I will ad posts as they come up.
(And readers, members, please feel free to add any articles you may find too)

perry-in the owned "lock, stock & barrel" category by oil giants is accepting their cash and
said about the Bakken oil pipelines-
"I don't have a problem with that."

As Queen famously sand- "Another one bites the dust."

His words-
“[Mexico] are sending people that have lots of problems, and they are bringing those problems to us. They are bringing drugs, and bringing crime, and their rapists,” the business mogul said."

Not to mention Neil Young was very upset with trump for using his music without permission. That's a major no no.

“Donald Trump was not authorized to use ‘Rockin’ in the Free World’ in his presidential candidacy announcement,” Neil’s rep told the Los Angeles Times. “Neil Young, a Canadian citizen, is a supporter of Bernie Sanders for President of the United States of America.”

And, Univision won't broadcast various pageants because of his remarks.

cruz is another ^%$^hat

This week we have made history.
The affordable care act has been upheld (twice now) gays have the same rights as everyone else and the
racist confederate flag is coming down in many places and all he can say is that SCROTUS is "lawless"?
Does he have a clue about how many people are being helped with this insurance? And he wants to
repeal it?

trumps environmental disaster golf courses.
Part of the article from Salon-
"I also wanted to focus in on the ludicrous situation of these golf courses being built in places
like the California desert, for example, which has experienced the worst drought in history.
And when you consider that the average golf course uses 312,000 gallons of water per day,
and the average American family of four uses 400 gallons/day, it really is shocking, the scale of this stuff."

A recent NPR piece provides a little information on prospective and actual 2016 Presidential candidate's positions on climate change.  Nothing different from before that I can see.  The Republicans vary from outright deniers to wafflers to  two or three that do say that anthropogenic climate change is real, none want effective regulation of greenhouse gasses.  Of the Democratic candidates, none are outright deniers, but a couple are really questionable as to whether or not they're in favor of effective regulation.  See:  http://www.npr.org/s...-climate-change

You don't suppose all the current declared candidates will drop out, do you?  A reasonable candidate emerge?  Might pigs fly?

He wasn't running but john boehner (speaker of the house) threw in the towel today.
He never was strong enough , imo, to get the baggers to agree with the other side; and absolutely
nothing got done.
Without co-operation, government is just an agency-not working for the people.
Happy gloat.
