Absolutely!
And not just that.
Too many manufacturers over-package their products using styrofoam, plastic, cardboard, more plastic......
it's ridiculous.
We as consumer's have to make wiser choices; not just about the ingredients (which are crucial to our
health) but also the packaging.

On the bright side; more people are snapping to using cloth reuseable bags.
They can be tossed in the washer if they get leak stains,
they're much sturdier than the plastic bags
and the best part-
they don't end up in the ocean's or trees; choking animals and birds.
Jellyfish? Nope. Plastic trash bags.

I totally agree! I hope more and more grocery stores around the world realize how bad plastic materials in our environment and start using  recyclable bags for packaging.

Money seems to be the only motivator these days for corporations; so by eliminating their costs of buying the bags
for our use would save them money.
Some stores would be scared of the lost revenues; fearing they'd walk out.
If people didn't bring in their own bags; how would they carry their goodies out?
Customers might get upset if forced to spend .50 on a reusable bag.

Found this too.

I agree and think it should spread nationwide and then worldwide. It won't do ANY harm, on the contrary!
