My moms Unitil bill was immense last week, somewhere around $400 for the month.  Partly due to the fact that I come from a family of 9. Me being overly ambitious because of my ADD meds I started doing my research and came across this forum. One thread gave me the spontaneous idea to install solar panels at my house.  This is too expensive for me or my family so I need something efficient. I'm considering building my own as I do intend to major in engineering and this would be an interesting project. I'll continue surfing the Web. I'm just curious if someone could provide me with any links or insights.
