Is climate change the culprit?
In warmer ocean's, there is less oxygen from climate change and jelly's are better at adopting to low
oxygen levels.
Of course, there are other factors to consider too.
Our decimation's of fish stocks; some of which are their predators, are disappearing.
Another strand in the web of life broken.

And they may be feeding the change themselves with their poop. (As we all know,
cattle, for example, are a huge contributor to climate change with their burps and rear
end emissions)

Included in the article from Mother Jones are tips on what to do and what not to do
when stung by one.
Some types of box jellies in the waters of the Philippines and Australia can be deadly.

"A single brush of the Irukandji jellyfish, in the box jellyfish family, can cause
searing pain and cramps, inducing nausea and vomiting
which can continue for 12 hours."
