That IS good news because China and the US are the top two emitters of pollution from coal.

China and India both have large populations and
. . . both burn huge amounts of fossil fuel.
. . . But both countries are currently politically headed toward,
. . . distributed renewable energy.
Fossil Fuel exporting countries, are realizing,
. . . that they are losing their 2 biggest customers.
