but if this catches on, it means better soil quality, landfills not stuffed with food waste
and fewer emissions.

Exciting! I am all for improving soil quality. Without good soil then your crops and plants just fail. I like reading about new ways to compost too.

This is a great idea. I hope businesses see the value of this and decide to use this service. It would make a huge difference to the amount of trash and waste if a lot of companies leased this composting technology. I think restaurants would benefit tremendously because they could use the compost to grow some of their own produce.
