I was just wondenering if anyone has tried an "HHO Generator?" I recently stumbled across them on the web, and they really peaked my interest. Seems there is an application for nearly every aspect of life. I was focusing more on the gas mileage of automobiles. Just google "HHO Generators," and have a look for yourself and let me know what you think? Who knows this type stuff just might save our planet?

Hello Neighborsboy
HHO Generators were originally developed for Semi tractor-trailer diesel trucks to increase mileage and decrease emissions. That said for gasoline and small diesel cars and trucks they do not work and are a scam. Here is why, Hydrogen is added to gasoline and low sulfur diesel during refining in a process called hydro cracking. During this process, the fuel is raised in octane by infusing hydrogen under high temperature and pressures. Currently gasoline refining is the largest use of hydrogen worldwide.
I have read several studies of testing of HHO for standard passenger cars and all have shown that the use of HHO is a waste and does not increase mileage. Sorry but I would hate to see you waste your money. If you are a big rig trucker it could help by increasing mileage by around 15% otherwise do not waste your money.

Otherwise called Brown's gas systems, I believe, many of these systems take one aspect of chemistry as highlighed by E3Wise and try to apply it in situations where the chemistry simply does not work. They are another example of people not understanding the physics and chemistry trying to sell fake products.
