Two of the scariest words for me?

"Don't try to move yet" said one doctor.
"This image shows something I don't like" said a different doctor many years later.
"We're downsizing and we have to let you go along with others." said the manager.
"So help me God," said I, completing the Oath of Enlistment long ago.

'It's nothing to worry about' - oh yes it is!
'This happens all the time' - oh no it doesn't!
'I know exactly how you feel' - oh no you don't!
'Trust me' - in your dreams, pal!
Bitter, twisted, moi? You bet your bottom dollar!

But in my mind, being hit by a war head (or close to ground zero) is more favorable to me than
a slow death. Like from the radiation sickness that takes days or even weeks to slowly kill you.
That's why I think the words
"it's airborne"
are so frightening.
You know it's there, but you don't know when it will reach you.

Personally here is my short list
Breast Cancer- scared the hell out of me, luckily the biopsy was benign, so far dodged that bullet. Although to this day the word Cancer scares me.
“folks this is the Pilot we seem to be experiencing some landing gear issues.” Sorry too many words,

There was a report about a scientist, who did an experiment with words. He tool a bowl of water, said negative words over the bowl of
water, then quick froze the bowl of water.Very ugly crystals were created by the negative words.
Then he took another bowl and did the same thing, but said all positive words. Happy, cheerful, smiling,
lovely and other similar words. This time the crystals were beautiful. Moral,of experiment, be sure to use as many upbeat, positive words as you can, because you create positive energy.
