Use dryer sheets to clean computer

After you're done using them for laundry, they're perfect for cleaning out the dust from your computer. They cling onto the dust that would otherwise clog up your system, which ends up making your fans run more.....more energy used, higher chance of damage to your system and it needing to be replaced, etc. Just run the sheet all around the vents on the back and/or sides and you'll be amazed just how much gets picked up.

Ok, I literally just took a break from typing to try this and dust literally flew out of the vents. That worked really well. Thanks for the tip!

Lol! Well I'm glad you tried it out!
There are lots of other alternative uses you might to try out for them. Stick them in shoes, for example, to keep them from smelling. Or I've heard they're pretty good for cleaning the shower and sink to scrub away soap buildup, although I've never tried that one out myself.

I never thought of using those. The only problem I see, be careful with the static discharge on to your computer...doesn't this sheet absorb the static electricity from the clothes anyway?? A discharge on your computer could damage it.

I just vacuum my computer area with the hose attachment.

I could just let the clothes be dried up under the sun since it was often hot weather hear being in a tropical country. But still nice to know how to reuse it so if ever I would buy one, I could reuse it.
I use old clothes (cutting them on small pieces) and bit of alcohol on cleaning my computer. Or just plain cloth to wipe some dust on the screen.
