Should I say #gop or just let it alone? :vava:

But this story brings that question to mind.

"Reporting in Science, researchers write of an experiment in which rats worked to open the cages of trapped rats, but not empty or dummy-filled cages. Author Peggy Mason discusses empathy in non-primates, and the value rats place on freeing a companion."

("Companions"-the 99%) Would they free us?

Rats are smart, empathetic, problem-solvers and loyal to their species. Qualities that lots and lots of humans are devoid of.

This makes me recollect a joke that does rounds in parts of southern India which is a satire on human behavior.

It appears that a lot of exporters from coastal Indian cities export live sea animals without even sealing the boxes completely. If we wonder whether all those would not jump of f the boxes in no time, the answer is NO; reason being, those animals possess such destructive power that each one pulls down the other that may be trying to escape and finally, no one manages to escape the box. . Such is typical human attitude, in contrast!!

Not just rats, I think many animals are better in team work than humans. They know how to come together for the betterment of the whole community. They don't divide and rule like humans, or use the weakness of the other to get ahead. If only we can borrow some of the rats brains, we will be able to safe our mother earth.

Aside from the roaches, rats are one of the animals that had been successful living with humans. Rats are opportunistic animals and takes every scenario as an opportunity for them to grow. That's why most rotten officials of our government where also called rats because we already knew that they are doing all sorts of bad things but still we don't have the power to eradicate them. Rats are like that too, we knew that they everywhere, but no matter how we want to get rid of them, still they keep on coming.

But do the rats in congress show empathy like the real rats do?

Points well taken. Perfect example, at the moment the GOP is determined to cut the safety net to bare bones, three-million dollars from food stamps, and other cuts. Just to make sure the wealthy can receive a further tax cut, which their nominee says is just marvelous. What a group. Worse than rats? You make the call.
