...It is so interesting that they do the tests and arrive at the very same conclusion that the earlier scienticfic information gave them. So now what, will they use this wisdom to effect some change that will help the situation, or was it all just an exercise in futility? Where the test results will sit on a shelf somewhere, without being used to bring some smart people together, to put forth a sound plan for change. This has got to be the most tone deaf world, one has seen in a long time, based on the reports, which show no significant reduction in emissions output,in most countries which leads to global warming, whether acknowledged or not.

At least there is more awareness being made about this topic. Without awareness nothing can be done. However, I just hope any improvement strategies proposed are implemented by the right versus wrong organizations-the one who will not abuse power. Make sense?
