Algerian energy minister Youcef Yousfi said,. . . By 2030 the Algerian government hopes to install 13.5GW of PV capacity.
They have taken the following under consideration:

. . . . . . A better understanding of renewable energy,
. . . . . . The still high cost of CSP, and
. . . . . . The national regulations with investors.
The plan now aims at 22GW Total of renewable energy from 2015-2030.
