Perovskite absorbs the visible layers,. . . while the silicon absorbs the infrared layers,
. . . the same amount of light is absorbed in each solar cell, and
. . . their voltage is added together.
But, it looks like a lot more work needs to be done in the lab,
. . . before it hits the market place.
